…Bel’s right…Britney Spears’s “Toxic” video is scary. It was also totally ripped off of selected sequences from Alias and The Matrix. ¬.¬ I’m not the least bit surprised at all.

Anyway, I recently downloaded Alias Underground, a game made especially for the hit spy show. It’s pretty cool so far, although it takes me at least 10 tries to get through a mission. @_@; As amusing as it is, I soon developed a headache from circling around and around. I also spent most of today watching a bit of Gunslinger Girl and playing Alias Underground. I doubt I should have wasted that much time when finals are just around the corner, but I can’t help it. ^^;;; I should head over to the study room to do some Diff-eq exercises though. :/ The upcoming Diff-eq exam on Thursday and Soc exam on Friday are crucial for maintaining my A’s.

On the way back from work, I saw the cutest thing. There were 3 baby bunnies on the grass nibbling away. I almost squealed out loud (actually, I did utter an “awwwwww,” quietly though) and stopped to stare at them. They were so adorable. *_* Gahhh!

Peter and I went to see Kill Bill, Vol. 2 last Sunday. IMHO, it was brilliantly done and better than the first one. I for one, liked the music better, and looooved the thickening of the plot. *_* It didn’t end on a cliffhanger at all, but I still can’t wait for Vol. 3 to come out. Vol. 3 is when Nikki, the daughter of Copperhead, avenges her mother. By then, won’t Uma Thurman be at least 40 years old in theory? O_o;

Mmm, Soc, how I loathe thee.

Only 3 weeks of classes before finals week! The profs have bombarded us with projects, assignments and papers. Finals month has taken its usual toll. *sigh* I’m aware that now is not the time to become lazy, after working so hard to maintain A’s in all of my classes throughout the semester. But…with my new-found addictions, Alias, Naruto, and Full Metal Alchemist, it’s hard to revert back to my full-time studying schedule. But I suppose this is where willpower comes in handy. XD;

One of my English papers is a persuasive, documented essay on our choosen controversial topic. I choose the legalization of same-sex marriages. As of the moment, I’m finding it hard to shorten it to the requirement of 5 pages. There are many reasons and counter-arguments to write, so hopefully an outline will help narrow it down. I’ve always been careful with persuasive essays. They can be taken the wrong way very easily, so wording is crucial. >< I wish I had been assigned to write an informational essay instead. It would have made my work a lot easier. XD Alas, this is the second to last paper I have to write, and the 4th paper is only a revision of one of our previous papers.

Mmm, methinks I need a new layout here. :3 I'm trying to find large, good quality images on either Kitagawa Keiko or Hama Chisaki, aka Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury respectively in the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon series. So far, I haven't had much luck. Every other picture I see is either too small or features them in their PGSM roles. ><

In regards to PGSM, or LiveAction Sailor Moon, I must express my amusement of this series. I do recommend watching it for laughs. It's hilarious in the fact that it's so badly done. I just about fell out of my chair when Luna literally came flying in. The very idea of doing a CG as well as a plushie to exhibit the same character is a bit ridiculous. Did they really expect it to look seamless, or are they just on a low budget? x.X My interest in BSSM has faded dramatically over the past year or two. While I do plan on keeping my Venus shrine in the future, I don't plan on working on it anymore. The obsession is over and I've moved on to better things. The layouts will probably be the only thing I update from now on. I've received numerous emails asking whether I'll be covering the Sailor Venus/Minako role in PGSM and what I think of PGSM. The answer is no. I will not be covering the series and my overall impression of PGSM is a pretty bad one. I gave up after the 9th episode of PGSM. I was planning on watching it until the 5th episode, where I presumed Sailor Venus would come in. However, it seemed to drag on and on with strange and bad acting fights (what is with the spinning that the senshi do?? How the hell is that suppose to help?) with youma so I rested my case. There are many sites up already that are doing an excellent job at covering the series and the characters. I've read that fellow Venus shrines are planning on covering the Venus aspect of PGSM as well. So, I leave that to them. TVD’s as good as finished and will remain static in terms of information.

But regardless of my opinions on the series, I do love the actresses who play Mars and Mercury. They’re so pretty, especially Mars. *_*
